Dolly-Parton

Dolly Parton escaped the struggles of her life early on by using her creative and imaginative imagination. Before she could write or read, she composed herself songs. She got her first guitar when she was 8 and started performing on the Knoxville Tenn radio station at the age of eleven. The following year, she made her debut album for Gold Band Records an independent small label. At the age of 16, she established herself in the school community but her goals were bigger. She relocated to Nashville following her graduation in 1964. Dumb Blonde (both 1967) and Something Fishy were among her first Monument Records chart-topping records. Porter Wagoner's syndicated TV show was in need of a new singer at around the time. Parton was hired in the year 1966. She was signed to RCA Records in 1968, and the Grand Ole Opry was founded in the year 1969. In 1974, she quit Wagoner's show due to the commercial success of her singles like Joshua Coats Of Many Colors or Jolene was outstripping their joint releases. Parton recorded "I will Always Be Loving You" in support of Wagoner soon after their split. The song was ranked the top spot at No. Its first appearance at the top spot was in 1974.
