Anna Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk and Ilkay Silk. Ilkay Silk has been an actress, director, producer, playwright and educator at St. Thomas University. Her father comes from Britain and her mother is an "Turkish English-Cypriot expat." Anna's first memories include attending play rehearsals and watching her mother's work. As a young child, she was featured in commercials of various kinds. Then, in November 1999 Anna relocated to Toronto to advance her acting career. She eventually moving into Los Angeles, California, in the following decade. Seth Cooperman and Anna met in Los Angeles in 2007, in an acting workshop. They became engaged in 2009 when they were married. Anna had changed her religion to Judaism and they got married in Fredericton. Bo's relationship with Lauren (played by Zoie Palmer) was featured on CNN's list of the top Favorite Television Couples and was named the top TV Couple of 2013 by E! Entertainment Television. Anna's fame on social media grew as a result of Anna's show.
